What we collect, which is very little

This site is a set of static pages. It sets no advertising cookies and runs no tracking pixels or analytics that identify you.

Buying an ebook

Checkout is handled by Digistore24, who act as the authorised reseller and merchant of record. They collect the details needed to take payment and to send you the file, under their own privacy policy. We receive the order information needed to deliver your ebook and to handle a refund if you ask for one.

Email

If you write to support@thecalmcat.site, we keep the message so we can answer it. Writing to us does not add you to a mailing list.

Unsubscribing

Marketing email. Every message we send that is not about an order you placed carries an unsubscribe link at the very bottom. One click removes you, immediately, with no account and no password.

By email. Write to support@thecalmcat.site with the word unsubscribe in the subject, from the address you want removed. We remove it within 72 hours and reply to confirm.

Order and delivery email. Messages about a purchase you made — the receipt, the download link, a refund — are sent by Digistore24 as the merchant of record. These are not marketing and are needed to deliver what you bought, so they have no unsubscribe link. To manage them, use the contact details on the receipt they sent you.

Your rights
